2 Days Ago, I was hit by a halo 3 email saying their phase 1 of the halo 3 beta registration finished and said that i had to wait for a couple of days if i was chosen for the halo 3 beta, 2 hours or so later, i was surprized to find a confirmation that i am in it!!!
not trying to make fun of you or anything, but i think that you won't get it through this registration...
remember that there is the "rule of three" phase (playing 3 hours of halo between feb 1st to feb 3rd and be the first 13,333 to register at www.halo3.com) and that the inital shipments of Crackdown will have the beta key included with it...
Wow dude, luck always seems to be on your side. First the G4 thing, now this.
For those who didn't know -- UnrealChief actually won the chance to go to a special G4 (the network) event that was in partnership with some people I don't remember. Think it was called "PLAY!" or something. Well anyway, he told the story about it on the old blog, and I couldn't bellieve he was selected then. That was the good old days when G4 wasn't a bunch of misc. crap from other networks of cancelled shows, thrown together in one steaming pile of utter bile. But I'm getting off track..
Now he gets accepted for the Halo 3 Beta too! Cheater!
Woot! LOL, I thought for sure that I didn't get in. I logged in around 2 or 3 pm (registering started right after 12pm) after people stopped hammering the servers. Then this morning, this e-mail pops up and says I'm in!
