right now my server was just renewed, i got 10gb of space on it and 500gb of transfer a month, along with boatloads of mysql databases and blah blah excess crap, got any ideas what it could be used for, do you guys need it for anything? just wonderin :/
(if you guys wanted to make a UNSCDF clan ever, we could put the site their, altho i think that would be bad cuz it'd take away from this site)
other idea is to use it as a mirror and host files here or post them on the site, might bring a bigger crowd in if it's a file host and info site......just a thought.
I've actually thought about having us host files for people, whether they be videos, montages, music, sound bits, whatever, but with the current version of CMSimple, it doesn't allow for anything to be uploaded other than pictures.
Oh (sorta off topic), and I always thought a UNSCDF podcast would be cool, with me, CK, M6D, LoneRanger, and whoever else from the staff we could get - but costs/time taken to get everybody ready for a podcast would just take up a LOT of time that we could've been spending toward articles, interviews, etc. But maybe in the future, after we put up a blog and/or Store.
