I've talked with Major Silva a little about this via e-mail. I'm willing to transfer all my articles and screenshots from The Library to the UNSCDF page and even write down a few more articles of the events, places, weapons, people and such from the Halo Graphic Novel as well as Ghosts of Onyx when it releases.
