Hello all. I have a question, does anyone know what software program has been used to create the UNSC Logo?

I don't think anyone outside of Bungie knows what software created that logo. Probably though, it was 3D Max that created it along with almost everything else in Halo 2.

maybe they found part of a intelligence and mixed it up to make a blue logo?
