Reactions to the New Navigation Bar

This thread is dedicated to what you think of our concept for a new Navigation Bar. We're all in agreement that we need to remake that particular portion of the site, we just don't know what format to use.

So, you guys can really help us out here. Just post your honest opinions.

Looking good. Is there some way to put the news on the frontpage with CMSimple? I feel that most people would like to see what's new without having to click around when entering a website.

We've actually thought about doing that, but we use that main page for seasonal artwork as well as the gigantic, blue bird. Technically though, we can do pretty much anything with CMSimple.

Unfortunately, we can't link directly into either the blog or the forum.

The news on the front page would be nice. I doubt there'd be people that recognize us just for our symbol.

Don't tell me that I'm a small minority in the way people think. I'm an average person, and I would like to see news on the front page.
