Don't know. I was a bit sad when I saw her and Sgt. Johnson die myself. Is it just me, or did it seem like Johnson had a thing for Miranda in those few moments before her death?
It was acted well, but pointless. She ****s a pistol and apparently goes away.. but she's still there when you come back to the command center. But with a bomb this time. Maybe that's what she was getting? :)
I think the human features actually weren't done that well... The Marines looked excellent in my opinion, but the movies with Keyes, Hood, and Johnson looked very... Hollow. Hood's face looked like Epmeror Palpatine from Star Wars Episode VI= sagging and wrinkled.

You got to give them credit though, they're a video game studio, not freaking ILM. Those dudes are in-game graphics, as opposed to the amazing Diablo II cutscenes, which are 100% CGI. And hot damn those cutscenes are amazing.
As for the Keyes/Johnsons bit... meh, I got a feeling that maybe Johnson had a thing for her at the end (after I saw it several times) but I really doubt it. Keyes did a good job of doing her lines non-corny-like but she did have a bunch of lines that could have been cheesy. She's the reason they weren't cheesy. Whoever is Miranda's a good actor.
